Please note: we require a 50% deposit & need your booking confirmed at least two hours before the time you would like to depart. This trip departs from the marina in Cabo San Lucas. Cancellation Policy

50 % Refund from the Total Charter Price with more than 48 hours Notice Prior the Departure time. No Refunds will be made with 48 hours or less Prior to the Departure Time. For Inclement Weather We will try our best to reschedule your Charter with Us, if it doens't work then We'll Refund You in Full.
